UK Mainland Delivery

For orders above £95 - Delivery will be TOTALLY FREE!**

For smaller orders - Delivery is a flat rate of £9.50** (incl VAT), regardless of weight.

** NB: These prices are based on MOST UK postcodes.  However some areas (ie. Scottish Highlands, Plymouth etc.) will incur further costs by our carriers.  If in doubt, please call us before placing your order online.

Orders to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland,Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland are charged at £15.00.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

You should usually receive delivery within 3 to 5 working days.  However, this can sometimes vary on out of stock items.  If you have any urgent requirements, please call us on 0845 126 0269 and we will do our utmost to help.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product(s), you can return them to us.  Kershaw's will give you a full refund, minus the delivery cost.  However if this is not due to a manufacturers defect we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and handles must be unused and in their original packaging.  Please contact us first,  to let us know you are returning any items.

In the event of cancellation of the contract, the Customer will be responsible for the safe return, and all costs of return, of the products in an undamaged, unworn state, together with all original packaging.

Returned goods should be posted back to us or sent back by carrier at your own expense.  Once we have received the goods and checked them, we will issue a full refund.
